| If you are going to submit a bug first make sure it is a bug. Post on the mailing list if you aren't sure. Next check the Bug List to see if it has already been reported.
Finally when you do submit the bug, please do so on the Bug List giving as much information as you can. Be sure to include the version and file name of where the bug was found.

| If you are want to request a new feature, first review the Feature Request List to see to see if anyone else has requested the feature.
If not, please submit it using the list. In your request explain why your feature is needed and how you would like to see it work.
